At Padmam Group of Institutions, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and learning experiences to our students. Since our courses are digital products that grant instant access to valuable learning resources, we follow a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. Immediate Request:
    A cancellation request must be made immediately after purchasing the course and before accessing any course materials (including videos, PDFs, quizzes, or assignments). Once the course has been accessed, it is considered “used,” and cancellation will not be possible.
  2. Why cancellations are restricted:
    Unlike physical products, digital courses are instantly accessible after purchase. This means a learner can view or download the content within seconds.
    To protect the integrity of our courses and prevent misuse, we do not allow cancellations after the content has been accessed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted only under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues:
    If a learner experiences technical problems that prevent access to the course, and Padmam Group of Institutions’ support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Incorrect or Misleading Content:
    If a course is found to contain incorrect or misleading information compared to its official description, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase for review.
    Upon verification, a refund or replacement course may be provided.
  3. No Refund for Change of Mind:
    Refunds will not be issued if a learner changes their mind, dislikes the teaching style, or has personal reasons for discontinuing the course.
    We encourage learners to carefully review the course description, previews, and curriculum before making a purchase.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 9–15 working days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
